Expert in multichannel marketing since the discipline and its practice began in Italy. Adjunct Professor of Multichannel Marketing at POLIMI Graduate School of Management. Co-author and co-founder of several initiatives and publications such as "Experience Matters", "Multichannel Observatory" and "Mobile Marketing & Service Observatory" Reports from 2007 to 2015 and Books such as Marketing Reloaded, Open Marketing, Mobile Marketing.
